Aidan, Our Head Chef. Cathal Brugha trained, Aidan has extensive experience already from working in busy and fast-paced Gastro Pubs to Senior Chef de Partie in Harvey Nichols Brasserie.

More about Aidan – Aidan has gone on to train as a Sous chef and finally as head chef in a very popular Wicklow based hotel running numerous aspects of food and catering from buffet to restaurant and large weddings. Aidan is qualified and fully Trained in COSHH, in HACCP, Manual Handling & First Aid.
